Carnival of the Couture: everyday Can Be Halloween/When You’re Alexander McQueen

This week’s carnival of the Couture is held by style Graduate, as well as the concern is:

For this week’s Carnivale, I want to understand what runway look you would wear as a Halloween costume. as well as no cheating; it has to be an attire really sent down a runway by a designer! So go forth, fashion bloggers, as well as discover pictures of your costumes!

I inspected the guidelines extremely carefully, as well as nothing states you can’t utilize Alexander McHenry! (Or Galliano, either, that would make it much as well difficult.) So, I present to you my runway outfit/costume for Halloween: Quarterback in the lingerie Bowl, in a uniform developed by the Rev. Howard Finster.

This is the Pink Team’s uniform, of course. If you click on the picture you’ll discover what the blue Team’s uniform looks like, too.

It’s a pity this was from the spring 2005 show as well as is no longer in production, since I would completely wear this for Halloween. It would definitely top my previous preferred Halloween costume, which was “Bond Girl” — I made a silver satin mod-style gown as well as brought a toy M-16 spray-painted silver. (That was likewise the year Mr. gown A Day went as J. Edgar Hoover — he had a clean cut, as well as he used wingtips, hornrims, a fedora, as well as … an orange polka-dot dress. Genius.)

My next option was “Mad Max beyond Glasgow”:

It’s the duck’s guts!
